The bachelor´s thesis deals with the issue of management and finance territorial autonomy units and the evaluation of the municipality management in Čejč. The first part of the work is focused on teoretical resoures of the community, budgetary system and the budget of the municipality. The second part deals with basic charakteristic municipality Čejč and analytics her managament. In the third part there are distcribed ideas for the economy improvements of situation and oppotrunities, where the municipality could obtain grants for further development.

Evaluation of the Economy of Self-governing Territorial Units

The bachelor thesis deals with the economy of the village Rebešovice. The first part deals with the theoretical knowledge about public administration in the Czech Republic, especially municipal governments, as well as the budgetary system, including the municipal budget and its income and expenditure. The second part introduces village Rebešovice, its history and service offer, and based of data obtained from the municipal assembly assesses its economy in the years 2011 - 2014. The third part deals with suggestions to improve the economic situation of the municipality, including investment appreciation of municipal financial reserves of village.

The second part is aimed at analysis and evaluation of Pohořelice budget management in the years 2005 - 2008. The third part offers ideas for possible improvement of the management of the municipality.

The second part deals with the basic characteristics on the city of Kunovice, next it deals with the budget analysis of the city and comparisons of income and expenditure for the last four years economy. The third part contains my own proposed solutions to improve the management of the above city.

The bachelor thesis deals with evaluation of the economy of the village Holasice. The thesis in theoretical part focuses on defining theoretical fundamentals such as village and its characteristics, village authority, budgetary policy of the village when creating budgetary system etc. Analytical part of bachelor thesis analyzes incomes and expenses of village Holasice. Main goal of this bachelor thesis is evaluation of the economy of the town and preparation of proposals to improve budgetary system. Evaluation of analysis and proposed improvements of municipal budget, are located in the ending of this bachelor thesis.

The bachelor thesis is concerning with the financing of the investment activities of municipalities. In thesis are described the possible sources of financing including the grant programs of the European Union and Czech Republic. Also there is presented the specific construction contract of the municipality and its financing. The aim of the thesis is to analyze this concrete project and its ways of financing.

The Bachelor´s thesis deals with the municipality economy of Horní Újezd in 2010 – 2013. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the status of the municipalities in the Czech Republic, budget structure and budgetary system including the municipal budget. The analytical part of the thesis contains the basic data of Horní Újezd. Further it deals with the budget analysis of municipality, it means the comparison of its incomes and expenses for the last four economy years. The third part includes the proposals for economy improvement of this municipality.

The Bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of economy in the town of Rychnov nad Kněžnou within the years 2011-2014. The thesis is divided into three parts: a theoretical, an analytical and a practical part. The first part focuses on an explanation of terms associated with public administration, municipalities, budgetary system and a municipal budget. The second part of the thesis focuses on the description of basic information about the town. Subsequently, the thesis analyses incomes and expenses from different perspectives, and the entire economy of the town. The last part of the Bachelor thesis proposes solutions concerning the progress of the economy of Rychnov nad Kněžnou.
